BABY CAKES BAKERY!

blah blah blaaah. im a busy busy girl now a days. i had completely forgotten that i had a blog. i had to go look for the walmart receit where i had written down my blogger password. saaad. haha. but yea. what have i been up to.. you ask yourself, eh? i've done a shit load of stuff since my last post.. in fucking early october. first of all.. i went to the House Of Blues in Anaheim to see..*drum roll*... THE KOOKS!!! can you fucking believe that shit?? yea. i payed 50 bucks for my ticket. so did Panchito. but it was totally worth every fucking penny. i got them pictures somewhere on my phone. those will be up on a later post. yea. oh. i got pretty wasted on halloween. yea. i texted people. hahaha, still makes me turn red to the shit i said. ahahha. anywhoo. on to my blogg.

i know you are probably wondering where the hell i got the name for my bakery business [which by the way has faaaailed to make me any money at all, i guess it's cause im way too nice to charge people?? yeah, maybe that's it.].. BABY CAKES BAKERY, i came up with the name with the help of my 2 year old nephew, Isaac. He would come to my house all the time & demand me make him some cupcakes, which he calls "Baby Cakes".. actually, it didn't have to be cupcakes. a regular 13"X9" cake would also be considered a baby cake to him. lol. so going on... that's how the name came to be. yeeeah!

this was the first cake i baked for someone's bday. it was so possed to be a fucking baseball. i was gonna make the little red lines & everything. but noooooo! dumbass lady i made it for bought chocolate frosting instead of WHITE vanilla frosting. [get it??] so i had to work with what i had. that's a cut up plate on the cake.


i made cupcakes for like a fucking army. HAAAAALLOWEEEEEN!


this cake was my very very first 3-D cake. i made it for Panchito's 22nd birthday. it's a KIDROBOT for you idiots who lilve under a damn rock. it took me about 2 days to complete it.. from baking th cake to putting the 22 on the side. it was & has been THE hardest cake i've made.... to date!


these are my infamous chocolate chip cookies. yea, they are best warm with a cold glass of milk or a nice cup of coffee! mhmm.


is that a zebra printed cake?? YEAH IT IS! haha. this one wasn't hard at all. it was a pain to get the white frosting real smooth, that was about it. this was for Maria's friend/co-worker.. it said "Happy Birthday Shannon" in the brightest pink incing i could make... the only thing i fucked up with this cake... i used a whole little bottle of concentrated black frosting ink.. that was a huge no-no cause it stained someone's teeth & a baby's face.. WHOOPS!


this was a pretty cake & all but under all that delicious frosting was a nasty nasty LEMON cake... i mean come on people who the fuck prefers lemon cake over chocolate or vanilla?? weiiiird as lady that work with my oldest sister, that's who!


christmas cookies are a must. even more when they look like reindeer with mini-pretzel antlers, chocolatechip eyes & red M&M noses. mmm suggga'!


i guess that this doesn't really belong under my baking.. cause well.. a funnel cake isnt' baked but.. fried... bleh. oh well. i'll rub it in yo face that i know how to make funnel cakes... well at least bought the little kit.. haha.

this was the last thing i baked in 2008. ..i baked 2009 cupcakes! haha. they were french vanilla with plain vanilla frosting & rainbow sprinkles. i collaborated with my sister on this one. she made the little 2009 paper-pick thingy's... she only made em cause they she asked me to bake the cakes at last minute, like she alllllways does.


man i should totally start charging for my baked good. yeah.
& demand my expensive spachula back too!
